Cancellation Policy
Grand Spa requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all single services. For multiple services or spa packages, a 48-hour notice of cancellation is required. All multiple services and packages scheduled are reserved with the client credit card number. A 50% charge of all services scheduled will be made on the card in the absence of a 48-hour notice of cancellation. All appointments are confirmed two days in advance.

Arrival to the spa
Please arrive for your appointment(s) 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change and prepare for the first service, All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

Grand Spa is happy to offer the Swiss shower facility to you, complementary, before all body treatments, but ask that you complete your shower and rest a few minutes before your scheduled appointment(s). We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to your appointment(s) to ensure time for you to enjoy the facility.

Personal Comfort
Your comfort is important. Please feel free to bring a swimsuit or wear undergarments for our varied spa and hydrotherapy services. Grand Spa provides plush robes and wraps, spa panties and comfortable socks for all spa clients for the duration of their service(s). Lockers are also provided for storage of your personal items, Please leave all valuable items at home. Grand Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen valuables. It is suggested not to shave before any exfoliation treatments due to stinging that may occur. We would like each client to have full enjoyment of all the services without discomfort.

About our Staff
Grand Spa's team of professionals is here to make sure every client is comfortable and receives the utmost in spa and salon services. Please request a male or female staff member if this is a concern for you.

Gratuities
Gratuity is solely up to the client's discretion. All gratuities are made through the Spa Coordinator. He or she will ensure that the proper amount is received by the service provider(s) that served you. You may add any amount at the time of check out in cash, check or charge.

Unique Services
Please ask the Spa Coordinator if there is anything you need to know or prepare for before your scheduled spa service(s). Please read the service descriptions carefully for added information.

Health Issues
We ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or change in your health status, prior to any treatment(s), to ensure optimal programming of your needs and to be sure our treatments do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you may have. Please include this information on the client information form. We at Grand Spa are greatly concerned for the well being of our clients.

Children at the Spa
We ask that no children under the age of 16 be in the facility without an appointment for service and accompanied by an adult.

Special Note
We at Grand Spa are trying to create a peaceful environment for you to enjoy your service(s). It would be greatly appreciated if all pagers and all phones would be turned off upon entering the spa. The most important ingredient at Grand Spa is you, our client. We welcome any questions that you may have. Important Info about On-Line Purchasing

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are not Taxable. All Gift Certificates will expire one year from date of purchase. Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable. In store credit only. Gift Certificates are valid to the person receiving or purchasing only. A 24 hour-cancellation notice is required on all services and 48 hours for multiple services or packages. Gift Certificates will be charges 50% of services booked without proper notice or for missed appointments. A 15% Gratuity is added to all Gift Certificates.

Package and Product Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice. On-Line Package purchasing does not include gratuities.

Payments:
We accept most major credit cards On-Line. Visa, Master Charge, American Express and Discover Novus.

You may also fill out an order On-Line and use the "Credit Card Via Telephone" method. We will call you when we receive the order to get your billing information via telephone. You can always call 972-392-9413 to place an order with a Spa Coordinator.

Purchase On-Line using checks or money orders by mailing in your order form, that you can print On-Line, enclosed with your check or money order.

Shipping:
Grand Spa is proud to offer shipping from FedEx. Saturday Delivery is also an option for a nominal fee. Shipping rates are automatically calculated On-Line. FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx First Overnight are offered.
